Reliance Communications — Misbehaviour of CCE During Call & Account Not Recharged, But Money Deducted From My Account | |
Hi I had a complaint against Reliance Customer Care Executive who had taken my call at 8:05 pm dt[protected] & 8:19 pm Dt[protected]. regarding my number not recharged but balance deducted from my bank account at 6:05 pm[protected] fo Rs 496/-. Still i hadn't recieved the confirmation SMS which i usually get after recharge. I went for complaint regarding the same. But CCE, who picked my call at 8:05 to 8:12pm has told me that system updation is going on and kindly after fifteen minute which was showing that he wasn't even interested to tackle my complaint. & after having permission he put my call on hold & disconnected later on. I dialled again but it's repeated again with me. I want to know why it has happend with me. While i am using Reliance Mobile from its begining in INDIA. So, Kindly Resolve my Problem as soon as possible and force them to punish those people who is really Guilty for this. Because this make bad impact on Customer. the executives & the out staff i.e on company's web world& the persons on custemercare centers are not well informed & harrass the customer by their unlogical arguments, moreover they are completely unable to reddrress the problems of the custemers
