Reliance Communications — mobe convert postpaid to prepaid without any information

Dear Sir,
I have taking a post paid connection from reliance in 199 plan, we have paid bill two times.but with out any request they convert my connection to prepaid dt 11.02.09 we have complaint two or three times localy web world but they not behave properly after that i talk to nodal officer (Miss Megha sethi) they say problem will be solved upto dt 13.02.09 but there is no sollution of my problem.
Please solve my problem urgentky
