Reliance Communications — want to deactivate all service pack

my mobile no. is [protected]. there has been contionously deduction of about rs 60 each month from last 2-3 month.i have never activated any service pack.yesterday i did recharge of rs 201...but rs 150 got deducted after 4 hr. plz kindly de-activate all service pack...becoz i dont need any service or pack except making and recieving call.Also tell me wat service is activated in my cell.

Reliance Company is a theft company.Today i disactived this pack, next month reliance self started another pack. Reliance deduction the minimum amount Rs.30/- to every customer in every month.
this is very shamefully to this company.Reliance company is very hungry.My last 5 year experience, i deactived any pack, next month reliance self started another pack.

I request that every customer, please left this company mobile & purchase a another mobile no. another company. all another company give the best services comparison to reliance company.

Reliance Mobile — New packed 'Damaged' cell was sold to me

I took a new Reliance mobile from Pune whose model no. is Classic 161.
It costed me Rs. 1150.
It was a packed brand new piece. But when I started using the mobile it gave me many problems within a week.
It switches off and on again and again. I returned it to the shop and they sent it to the service center.
They delayed it for 2 months and then finally when I got my mobile it still has the problem and now the keypad is also not working properly.
I'm fed up with this problem, and I want my Rs.1150 back.

I hope that my plea will not go unheeded.

Yes!! I agree with him.. they self start random services and deduct balance. When asked why the amount was deducted they just say its a mistake and revert it back! They do this every month. I don't know how many customers notice it. But it is a big theft Reliance is doing.

Please someone take step and stop this. How can we force them to stop looting people?

They deducted Rs. 30 this month again!
