[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Outgoing call deactivate

Dear Sir, I have Reliance Prepaid connection since 17 jan 2009 which I bought from Reliance Webworld. But I lost my mobile on 16th Jun 2009 when I approached to Reliance webworld I came to know that it was on someone else name. When I produce original bill then they blocked the my No. [protected]. But when I reissued the no. its incoming calls are activated but outgoing calls still deactivated. Whenever I approach to Reliance personnel always get false promise that it will be activtate soon. Reliance Communication — incoming calls deactivated

hi my name is vimal dhirajlal gada, i have a reliance cdma service and number is [protected] . from 29 th september 2011 incoming call facility is deactivated on my this number . i getting loss on my business because incoming call is deactivated . why this service is deactivated i dont know . i called in reliance customer care they always told me in 48 hours your problem will salve but still today is 7 th day of deactivated my in coming call .
