[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — issuance of wrong bill

i ordered a reliance USB data card by phone . one of their sales executive named rani gave me details about the usb internet connection. she said that you get unlimited access for 650/- per month and 50% discount for first two months. i ordered the USB. they stated their requirements of a duplicate bill & address proof. i gave my father's office address. i got it delivered on 07 february'2009 (serial no.:12914) at my brother's residence in paschim vihar . within a month they issued me a bill of rs 1, 050. i immediately called their sales executive mr.kuldeep singh who had sold me the USB. he then asked me to call a person named simran[protected]. she said we will look into the matter. they shut down my net connection within a week of issuance of bill. when i called at their costumer care no.[protected], they said i haven't paid the bill. i told them the whole matter again. yet i got no response .i called their senior executive([protected]). he said i should pay the bill, they will restart my internet and deduct the extra amount next month. so i paid the bill on 20 march 2009. a person named anoop kumar asked me to mail my complain to him . so i mailed him my complain on 19 march'2009. i was again issued a bill 22 march'2009 amounting rs1, 658.18/-. i again called their customer care. they did not respond. i also talked to an executive named sonia dan, she said she will look into the matter. however, my internet was again shut down. when i called simran, she said i will have to pay the bill.these people did not give me any plan details in writing and yet sonia dan asked me to reproduce the written plan details. i told her that no one gave me that. she clearly stated that i will have to pay the bill. i did not pay the bill and i have received a notice from D & A associates about the non payment of bill on 25 july'2009. the whole situation sums up to one thing these people charged me rs 1050 + 1658 = 2708 in 43 days (7 feb'09 to 22 mar'09) . the person who gave me the plan was manish ([protected]). he asked me to pay the initial bill and also that now i will only be issued 650/- per month. i have never seen so much irresponsibility in a company. its such a huge god damn company yet their executives are not able to deal with such simple matters such as this. had anyone looked into the matter right after the first complain no one would have had any problem. however, these bloody fools chose to not look in the matter at its primary stage but drag it to an extent where i had to stop using their services and their useless lawyer could send me useless piece of paper so that i had to spend an entire hour of my working day typing a complain about them here. the conclusion is reliance executives are and they are being paid for sitting on their asses this entire time and bothering their clients who pay them and if they don't (because they issue wrong bills), their lawyer sends you notices. NEVER BUY RELIACE USB.

dear sir i have purchase new broadband connection for reliance communication (our big company ) you ar chiting with me.our discussion for purchase time a new connection first bill total free .but you have send a my bill for amount rs.398.73 bill no.[protected] relationship no. [protected] .(tariff plan name HSD_DATA )

you have chiting with customer i have claim to you . you have release my payment after then i will go to cansumber court. and claim for you chiting case 420 .

pls call to me earlist reply to my i wait for your reply only 24 hours. after .i go to cansumber court. for legal process.
