Reliance Communications — poor network , all hidden costs ! | |
hello sir, well i would like to bring in your notice, that, I am using a reliance GSM since three months, but i am finding it one of the most worst networks, as they don't provide networks in basements, and also in my home ! They don't send any intimation, that they would be coming up with initial offers also, they are not giving any reason of deduction of my balance most of all whenever i try to connect to their customer care, they talk rudely, and moreover sometimes don't even talk to me ! and are not able to give me a satisfactory reason for this Was this information helpful? | |

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,I DID COMPLAINT REGARDING NO NETWORK IN BASEMENT AT MY OFFICE IN NOIDE SEC-3,
BUT THERE IS NO HEARING OF MY COMPLAINT.
AND WHEN I TOLD TO R.GSM C.C. RE-REGISTER MY COMPLAINT HE DISCONECT MY CALL.

I took a new connection. I am facing issue of network.
I am unable to make any call between. 4 pm to 12 pm.
Many times i am unable to make call but able to recieve only. Why?????
there is no network in gurgaon .This is issue of ncr of india.
Can Anyone assure about this issue for customers.
If you are unable to provide service, why are you distributing new sim card in market.
