[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — stopping my incoming and outgoing facility even though all my bii have been paid on time for last 10 to 12 days

dear sir my incoming and outgoing facility for my mobile no [protected] has been stopped by reliance communication from last last 10 to 12 days and after repeated visit to fort webworld for n number of time and to sriram mill otc i have not seen and favourable response, even after speaking and repeatedly talking & emailing to official mr PRAKASH VASUDEVA mobile no [protected], From 26th november,2007 and mr gayandera dubey who yesterday on 3rd december 2007 assured me it will be solved in 15 minutes today on 4th december 2007 is not picking up his mobile after continiously cally for more than 60 times pls check his number [protected] and sending sms for no of times. can any one from reliance explain me this un professional behaviour. i being a sales manager is suffering from this i am also loosing business for last 10 to 12 days. all my bills are paid on time all my dues are cleared. who is responsible if there is some emergency in my family ? or tommorrow i met with any aacident or i loose my job? will my service be restored or i have to use some legal ways.
