Reliance Communications — Wrong Way Balance Deduct | |
Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings!!! I’m kartik Ramanuj, I’m live in Dholka – Ahmedabad, last Saturday I’m facing problem with Reliance Communication (GSM Mobile phone Service provider). He deduct my balance (Rs 18/) without any service accessed. I make call in customer care but till date he took his system is down & he could not take my complain. Right now he says we have only three days details available about your account. He is not given proper service when we regular customer.
