Reliance Communications — Delay in installation | |
BROAD BAND IN COIMBATORE I applied for a Broad band conection and paid Rs.500 as installation charge. they assured me within 3 days the installation will be finished and i can use it. But even after 15 days of time there is nothing from their side. when i called the agent(located at stock exchange building, coimbatore) who collected cheque&application from me, he is disconnecting the call most of the time and in case lifting the phone he is telling that there is shortage of modem unit and tomorrow the installation will be finished. I am getiing this same reply from the past 10 days. VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM RELIANCE LET THIRUBAI AMBANI THE GREAT EXCUSE THEM Now i decided to cancel my application Was this information helpful? | |

I too encountered the same kind of response...mine is worst to the extent that the agent who walked in had resigned and he never picked up my call...then i tried a number given in the brouchure and after a very long untired effort i could get the office number answered...they said they will look into it and get back to me..this is how reliance is working in coimbatore
