[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Auto debit of money from Reliance mobile | |
Sir/Madam, My mother Mrs Mallika Chakraborty is using a Reliance mobile connection at Kolkata, wherein she had recharged with Rs50/- in 1st week of September and with some carryover money the amount should have accrued to more than 50/-. To our surprise the amount is automatically getting depleted and is showing Rs14/- as against Rs50/- plus, especially when she is not making outgoing calls... The phone number is [protected] (Kolkata)... With this note, I would request Reliance mobiles to resolve this issue and confirm on this issue of auto depletion of the recharged amount (without making calls)…. PLEASE NOTE:- This is the third time the issue is coming forth and the issues related to such hidden costs shows no end towards its resolution.. Reliance Mobile- Pre Paid Connection — The balance got deducted without notice
Sir/Madam,My mother Mrs Mallika Chakraborty is using a Reliance mobile connection at Kolkata, wherein she has recharged with Rs 100/- in 1st week of June and till that time she had a balance of Rs12/-, so the total money in balance should have accrued to Rs112/-. In the plan, initially she had to fill Rs 2000/- which she has done. To our surprise the amount is automatically getting depleted and is showing Rs70/- as against Rs112/-, when she is not making outgoing calls... The phone number is [protected] (Kolkata)... With this note, I would request Reliance mobiles to resolve this issue and confirm on this issue of auto depletion of the recharged amount (without making calls)….
