[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Changes in postpaid plan tariff without any intimations | |
I am Nirmesh Kumar, Asstt Engineer Power Grid Corp of India ltd , using reliance postpaid My unlimited Plan connections since June 2008. But suddenly they have charge calls for Rim CDMA to Reliance Smart n/w in my September 09 bill from 18 August09 onwards, without giving any intimation on changes in plan tariff. And i have launched the complaint in Reliance costumer care on 15 Sep,09 in this matter , but till date on action has been take from their side.My complaint No. is 10925103..And my bill payment due date is 1 Oct,09, after which late payment charges will be applicable. After launching complaint on 15 Sep,09 costumer care executive had told that resolution for the complaint will be given within 48 hrs, but now more than 80 hrs have been passed and on action has been taken. I have recharged my GSM mobile No. [protected] with Rs.101/- on 17 Oct 09 for (48+53)unconditional offer benefit and normal recharge. At the same time, i received the acknowledgement sms stating (50 paisa call rate) that benefit will be provided within 48 hrs. But it is unfortunate to write that I am debarred to the offer till date.
It is imparative to mention that on this regard i have spoken several times to the customer care but every time either the call has been intruptted or the officer shown his incapability to find necessary details at that point of time.
You are requested to look into the matter and provide me the dues.

Reliance Communications — wrong intimation about plans
It has been mentioned in every advertisements and even in the pamphlets at the retailers end plus on the websites of the company that in new plan of Rs. 299, customer will get unlimited local call on all Reliance connections (CDMA, GSM and landline) plus 30 minutes everyday on other service provider for 30 days but it has been experienced by me that unlimited local calls on reliance number is not there and it is for only 45 hrs. for 30 days.Why company is not disclosing it to the customers and promoting the plan by the fake advertisements.?

Reliance Communications — Change of Tariff
Dear Sir,I have been using Reliance Communication's Prepaid Unlimited calling service for the last 6 months (Since Dec 2008). For that Reliace Comm. was charging a tariff of Rs 799 till April 2009. On 16th May 2009 I requested for an e-recharge of the same amount, minutes after the dealer (Mr. Harshad Patel of Gandhinagar, Gujarat) sent the request, I got an SMS at 19:38 from 52811 that read "799 cannot be used with your current plan. Recharge with 999; Enjoy unlimited All India R2R, other local: 50p, otherSTD: Re1". After that I called the customer care of Reliance Comm. at 369, the customer care executive said that from now I have to pay Rs 999 for the Plan.
So I had to recharge with Rs 999 to get all India Unlimited calling.
The fact is that I have not received any information regarding the change in plan (before this incidence) from Reliance Comm. So I feel this is just like a case of cheating.
I here by request to kindly look into this matter so that no other customer become a victim.
