Sir i disconnected my reliance broadband connection before 3 months . but they did not take their instruments and sending BILL every month. BILLING ACCOUNT NO:[protected] A/C NO:[protected] BILL NO :[protected] THEY R SENDING BILL AMOUNT OF Rs.15.74. I CLEARED ALL THE ACCOUNT BALANCE. TILL NOW THEY R SENDING THE BILL EVERY MONTH. Reliance Broadband — Disconnected but still Instruments not taken back.
After my too much effort and at a cost of my lot of time, company has terminated my service at the end of Augast as they clarified by e-mail. Now, I am continuously following up the company to take back their land line instrument and modem. As per their rule they charge the customer for instrument keeping as their customer service clarified when I call them. They told me that after termination customer is called weather he wants to keep the instruments or not. But still I have not got any call from them. I also sent email to customer care for taking back their instruments from my place many times. But no action is taken by the company. Please suggest me what to do.
