[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — very poor broadband service

To The Authority,
I am writing this letter to pull your attention towards the broadband service department of your company. Reliance ( internet camp ) came to our society a month ago as door to door publicity and were asking us to take up their broadband services which according to them was very good n efficient. I already had internet at my place but since the sales executive was insisting on testing reliance i thought of giving it a try.. the sales person's name was MR. SUNIL ( [protected] ) and MR. MANOJ ( [protected] ) they convinced me that the internet speed and service is very good and if at all any problem then the customer care executive is just one call away and within 24hrs the problem would be solved.. since it is RELIANCE... so i took the line. My internet connection was given on 1ST OF AUGUST 2009 , with an extra phone line..How ever after that i started using the reliance internet , for the 1st 5 days the service was ok but after that my line got disconnected internet as well as the phone line... since then i am only making calls to the customer care for help which i suppose was just one call away but i made atleast 20 calls to them but all in vain... let me tell you that they are absolutely good for nothing , complete wastage of time and are getting paid for no work but only ..they did nothing to help me , did not even send any person for assistance to my place to check the matter inspite of my repeated requests. So finally i gave up and asked them to cut off the line for me . Even for the removal of the line no one has turned up till date.. your modem and phone is still waiting to be thrown out , and to top it all after 30 days a man from reliance comes up asking for the bill.. Your company did not have the time to send someone to fix my net and phone problem which was dead for 25 days but has time to send their man asking for the bill without any shame ... then i was given MR. R POWRE 'S NUMBER ( [protected] ) so i finally called him asked him to stop the reliance internet service ... then a man came and disconnected the wire but please it will be very kind if you can send someone to pick up your modem and phone which is complete waste for me because i am no more using reliance . Please its a request that you quickly take some serious action orelse your company's name and goodwill will no more be the same in the near future.. The chain is so big that the message gets distorted before reaching the higher officers so i had no other option but to write it down to you... Will be expecting your reply.. Thank you...
