SIR,
Actually i was provided a wrong information about a recharge of rs. 60,which was not of my use,but was given me wrong information.
I further complained to the customer care executive on 6th october, and they registered complain with SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER :[protected] and was told to me my problem will be sorted out within 2 days.
But till now it is not sorted out,and now my cal is not reaching to them also so that i can talk to them.
