Hi,
I had a reliance broadband connection at my gurgaon house , address - U37/12 , DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon - 122002. I changed my residence address and informed reliance customer service call centre on 28/09/09 about it , they said the connection cant be moved to the other address in DLF phase 3 as they dont have proper network there and I need to to disconnect the service. So they took my request for disconnection , still after 2 weeks they havent disconnected the service and no one came to collect the instruments. However the call centre told me, someone will collect the instrument within 48 hours. This is pathetic service and they dont follow up on customer request.

i have purchased C.D.M.A. number on 22/7/2004 & have been continuously using this number ever since.The above said number has been terminated without prior intimation & valid reason on 6 december 2009& the complaint has been registered by me in visitor record on 9.12 2009 at local cosumer care reliance world at ujjain. the services were restored within seven days at that time but the balance & the tariff plan were forfeited eventhough I had submitted documents regarding my ID & address.i didn't made any proper complaint at that time.but since the same is repeated within 2 months now and services on said no again terminated without any reason on 25.2.2010 with a reasonable balance in my account worth about Rs. 118/-. I have made so many request through e-mail to reliande custumercare and personnally meet at your representative at Ujjain but it is very regretted to mentioned that no satisfactory reply have been received so far and servies on said no is still withheld. and I have facing very hardship due to this action.
