My RIM No. is [protected]. For last three days RIM company has been cutting my balance of Rs. 108/- daily. They say that I have activated call divert service and for last three days some calls were diverted to my other mobile No. [protected]. But the duration of diverted call of each day (237 minutes continuously) is same and totally false because the mobile on which the calls were diverted, always remains with me and no call was received for such a long duration (237 minutes continuously). I requested daily on customer care to refund my balance but they say that the information they have in their record will be considered correct and final even if I have not used my balance.

Today i recharged 75 on 75 on this no.[protected].after that i checked my balance was 45Rs. than i called costumer care . costumer care executive said me you actived hangama pack but sir i didn't active this type pack. please help me sir i want remain balance. my contact n o. [protected]
