[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Ringtone service | |
Reliance charged me for ringtone service for which I had neither subscribed nor my consent was taken. On complaining to the customer care personnel I was told that it was one time cost and I will not be billed again. To my surprise, even after complaining reliance billed me again. I m also facing the same problem.
Infact i have called up at coustmer care for so many times
they said thet resolved the issue but still the problem is going on with every new recharge.
My balance get automatically deducted as soon as I recharege it.
