[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Wrong Billing on that harrasment for payment

Dear all,

This is Mahesh Jamalpur, one of the prospective customer of Reliance communication ltd, using highest plan ever launched for an individual in telecome industry of MYTRULYUNLIMITEDONNET995 plan for an almost 10 months now,where the monthly minimum assured billing is for Rs.995/- plus Service Tax,

At the time of connection they were promised which ever reliance no. weather it is a CDMA/GSM/LANDLINE not only in home location even in roaming also it is free of cost and on that i[censored] r in roaming all incoming calls also free of cost, and call charges on other networks are nominal which understood as per our conversation and i am using accordingly,

i shocked to see my bill for the month of OCTOBER2009 where they have charged for a no.[protected] which is a GSM no. belongs to KOLKATA, when i have approached on wrongly billed for this no body(Including Customer Care, Gallery) are in place to answer and but they are telling it is a GSM no it is free, and hence my service has been barred without my knowledge and that to without my fault which i have proven to one of they gallery executive also

but i shocked more when i went to sort it out this matter to a great Nodal Officer who sits in BKC named Mr.Tilak Chatterjee when he told it is not RELIANCE COMMUNICATION NO. it is a RELIANCE TELECOME NO.(WHICH NOT EVEN THEIR EMPLOYEE DOESNT KNOW) so only it has been charged and from now onwards even GSM also going to be charge for u which was not free that YOU ARE LUCKY THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED FOR THAT,

upon my request he agreed reimburse i dont know this RTL no. or RCOM for which they have reimbursed me a sum of Rs.69.30paise,And they have started my service, but again after 4 days they have barred my service asking to pay me remaining amount for which again i visited to so called Mr.Tilak Chatterjee - NODAL OFFICER he said ok i already putted the request to reimburse your entire RTL no. charges i will forwarded and i will make sure it will get resolved but from this month onwards CALLS GOING TO BE CHARGED ON GSM ALSO(WHICH IS ACTUALLY HAS TO BE FREE AS PER CONVERSATION AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION),

but after almost 4days after i met him again my calls has been barred started harrassing for the payment which was supposed to be reimbursed,

Hence i am requesting you to guide me how to slag there , and even they dont have a curtosy that myself taking pain and going to pay there balance payment and sort it out and i should not leave any thing lying with me they are harrassing me badly by disconnecting the services and making calls to pay the amount,

Hi,

My name is yogesh malde and i am having reliance connection for the past one year. In the month of nov there was been debited of 30/- for some music pack which was been activated from r world on 15/Nov/10 as per your call centre executive. On 16 it was been refund to my account as it was been wrongly debited from your end. And no the same time i have given to deact the pack permantely from my no.

But again on 15-Dec-2010 again 30/- is been deact from my account, stating that again it is been activted from my end through rworld. But when i have not enter in the r world service why the pack is been activated with out my information. I want in writing to my email that i have act the pack through rworld. or else refund my 30/- amt which wrongly charged to my account. which is your system error.

I am also a Reliance customer for the last 8 years with CDMA MOB NO. 9323..., BUT the last 3 months have been extreme torture for me. I have been cheated, conned into signing for a new GSM SIM under a guise of changing my PLAN (which also was projected wrongly to make me switch from a good plan to a more expensive plan), the new GSM sim was never issued to me instead the employee one MR. Ameer Ahmed misused the sim to make calls for about Rs. 4000/- and joined the GSM no. bill to my CDMA No. This was done by an employee of a franchise of RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. This has been now been confirmed by a call from Mr. Ameer Ahmed's employer Mr. Ravi as well as Mr. TILAK CHATERJEE a Nodal officer, (THE ONLY ONE NODAL OFFICER FOR MILLIONS OF RELIANCE CUSTOMER) BUT inspite of the fact that Reliance Comm. knows that I am the victime of a conned job and that their person has done an offence, they have not been able to make the offender pay, and till such time that the offender does not pay the GSM amount I am penalised by my phone being Barred not once, twice BUT 11 (ELEVEN) times. Every time to get it Unbarred takes away hours and at times upto 3 days.

This is how Reliance Communications REPAYS a LOYAL and SATISFIED customer of 8 years. I am now DISGUSTED with every one at Reliance, more so with the so called APPELLATE OFFICER Mr. MAHESH RANADE who's name is splased on all the web world BUT inspite of repeated request he has not bthered to call back nor have I been EVER in the last 3 months been able to get him on PHONE no. listed in all the web world. I would not feel bad if their License is totally CANCELLED from being a Communication Company. They DO NOT KNOW THE VALUE OF THEIR OWN CUSTOMER LEAVE ASIDE A NEW CUSTOMER.
