Reliance Communications — Excess billing and showing false usage

This is with respect to the Reliance broadband internet services, the fixed plan does work for first few months, after that the billing amount zooms. It varies according to the usage everone understands but not in such manner which happens in case of reliance broadband internet services.
From past several months the usage shown is also exaggerated daily usage of minimum 7 hrs that too when nobody uses the same at those hours mentioned.
The charges levied are really more no matter how good or old the customer is faulty charges, exaggerated usage level seems to be the manipulation from the company.
