Reliance Communications — unexpected bill

i have some problem in my billing amount . my name is vijay verma and my reliance postpaid no is [protected] .i have taken the connection of reliance in 24 oct 2009 and i have alreday submitted the security deposity of 500 Rs. at this time i am in trouble beacuse of in my billing amount 250 Rs is added bydefault which is not used by me.so please see it which type of charges included in my billing amount
if my problem will not solve by reliance then i wnt to take action in against of reliance
