Reliance Communications — Deduction of prepaid Balance without Intimation | |
Hi Dear all i am Accountant of outsourcing company i have 2mobiles which i required. 5 months ago i purchased a Reliance GSM service.Nowadays the company is Deducting my prepaid balance and sending me the unwanted quates and trivera without my request when we call customer care the fool us by saying they r not wawre of it. Reliance — Deduction of balance without intimation
I am Siddharth Sharma. today on 21 st sept 2012 i recharged rupees 50 and suddenly 36 rs got deducted.this is unethical..didnt hope such an activity from this reputated company. i want my money back.or i vl take the case further.
