[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Excess Amount Deduct & rob nominal Amount which will not come to our notice | |
Brief on recent incident ;( My Mobile No. [protected]) On 25.11.09 - I have called my dear-ones and the talk was around 20-30 minutes and after my talk over I have received message stating that "your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 8.47. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service" at 10:05pm. After the call, I send one sms_nld consisting of 75 alphabets and checked my balance amount which is showing Rs. 6.97 at 10:19pm For one SMS it should deduct Rs 0.50 paise, but the company has deducted Rs. 1.50 paise (I have opted for a plan in which Rs. 0.50 paise charged for Local & STD call as well as Local & STD SMS) On 26.11.09 - i tried to lodge a complaint on their customer care no. *333, but no one picked the phone and the call machine was on giving details of their product. Then i visited there customer service centre located at J B Nagar, Andheri - East, Mumbai, near to my residence, and spoke with their representative Ms Shabina Solkar, Mr. Sonoj Sonkar - Team Leader and Mr. Vijay Panchal - Store Manager giving the complete details of deduction, but no one given the satisfactory answer to my complaint for the wrong deduction nor they was ready to register my complaint, when I said I will complaint Mr. Anil Ambani on his official E-mail ID - then they only said we will forward the query (case id[protected] & you will get the reply through SMS. On 27.11.09 - i have received the SMS stating " Dear Reliance Customer SR[protected] has been resolved your wrong decrement has been verified & amt is deducted against sms_nld usage" We are in a such a bad situation that; One is robbing us and we have to complaint to same person saying that you are robbed me and refund my hard earn money Robber says let check whether I have robbed you & after some time they reply (after continuous follow-up with them) that they have not robbed. INCIDENT NO. 2 I have lodge earlier several complaints (more then 100) through Customer Care No., Visiting there office & emails but no one has replied my complaints and over phone they keep on wait/hold for horse. Complaint - Daily deducting 3-5 paise without any services used or what service i have avail dail for the deducted amount of 3-5 paise? (Which has been shown to their customer service representative and also putted on the mails) I my opinion and whatever i have faced from this company is very bad experience and i have come to the conclusion that this company is a "WHITE COLLER ROBBER" which robs their customer’s 24hrs-365days. Will this company is going to stop all this malpractice of deducting amount without their customer notice? Is there any organization that will stop this company from all this wrong practice? If this happen, it will definitely benefit all the customers who are unaware of all this malpractice or who have no time to take up the matter the competent authority due to their daily work.
