Reliance GSM — BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Hello,
Iam using reliance service since2007.Ever since i am using the service, i haven't faced so much problem with the network part but yeah ...customer service by the reliance guys are becoming to much bad.Am totally pissed up with the customer care people.Whenever u call, most of time u'll not get the response.By luck when u get them in call and say the complain, they reply"Our information team will call you back'', but no call comes.I had taken caller tune service but without giving ne caller tune, they are deducting 20 Rs...wats that man!!!Really by giving these kind of service reliance people are ruining there image in the market.

Yeah.Forgotton to tell the circle name.Its SILIGURI (WB) Circle.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Bad Customer Care Service

I have Relience GSM card. They don't have good customer care serice. When you call customer care, they are always busy. Even in night time, they are always busy.

I am user of reliance gsm postpaid, my phone no is [protected], i am complaint related network on 09 feb 2009, ur excutative told me your problem solved with in 72 hours, but till today not solved my problem.

Hi Sir,
I'm a reliance gsm customer and recently they cut some amount by adding some movie masala pack, which I did not subscribed ever.When I called them they told me that I didn't know anything and we can't give you your balance back.I'm frustrated with such kind of nonsense.

My self Sanjay verma same problem is facing by me from two month.the company send massage like your masala movie pack activated & the deduct Rs.30 from my a/c. again after 10 day they
send massage that your style service activated and they deduct Rs.10.(3 times).

please look over it we are facing so many problems.
more over customer care members are also not responding correctly and giving fake information.
so iam having problem with network issue, when i kept mobile in my pocket signals got dissappear this is generally occur at my office other than the places got good signal so this is the weekeast signal. sanjay verma — mobile network problem

1. any body call and respons is mobile switch off , but mobile is not switch off.
2. same time any call ring sound is hearing but not a call come mobile.
