Reliance Communications — Deducting Balance automatically without my consent, Unwanted calls and messages

I am using Reliance GSM from last few months. But from 20th Oct i am facing a problem of deducting balance for unwanted services which i never subscribe. I called on customer care they told me that they cannot return my balance and saying that i have subscribe that services when i asked them to please share any proof of it, then they said they cannot do that. Recent case was happen on 21st of december 2009, i switch on my reliance phone after few days and i saw that my balance has been deducted, follow the same procedure i called on customer care they told me that i received call on 20th of Dec and follow some instruction bcoz of that they activated some service pack on my mobile. While my phone was switch for that day and i haven't received any call on sunday. In last month they have deducted nearly 70-80 Rs. like this only.
