[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Subscription to CRBT service | |
I am using reliance prepaid cell ([protected]) for I got a message from 51234 on 23-Dec-2009, telling that CRBT service has been renewed at 30Rs for 30 days. To unsubscribe send SMS to 155223, "UNSUB 1003". I have not requested or subscribed to such service. I got similar message last month and money got deducted. the main point is that why it has been renewed without my prior request. and also the money has been deducted from my account this is such a fraud activity doing by the reliance. such activities should not be happened in future.
as we are enjoying reliance because this is one of the best among all mobile companies but if such activities would not be stopped reliance would lose people's faith.
Kindly do the needful action in this regard.
