Reliance Communications — Broadband connection Installation

I have applied for Reliance broadband connection against the application no [protected] on 19 Oct,2009. iInstallation charge of Rs 500.00 has been debited from my account on 28 Oct,2009.
I have put my full effort to get the connection. I have spoken to sales person, customer care & everybody who is taking care of my area ie CV Raman Nagar, bangalore 560093.
But I have failed to get the connection as well as the money.

Kindly help us to get the connection & charge them reasonable penalty for this ingorenace of a customer.
