[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not receiving the bill

Hi, I am using reliance CDMA mobile services in Maharashtra region and my mobile number is # [protected] and account number is [protected]. I am not receiving hard copy of my bill from last two months at my residence address. I have already given complain to reliance customer care regarding the same, and after so many follow-ups still there is no action taken (Can be check for all complains and follow ups in the system). From today evening (Dec 30, 09) out going services are blocked and customer care people are not able to activate outgoing services. I am unable to pay the bill as I am not aware about the due dates and bill amount since I am not getting the bill copy since November. Requesting your help in the issue. cdma mobile service of rcom — bill not receiving

we are not reciving bill since last four months we have complaint more than ten times at customer care to reliance communication.
customer care are just keeping enquiry our details wich are not related to mobile services.
