Reliance Communications — useless data card | |
Dear sir nation I purchased reliance data card (1 year nation wide plan) for my laptop from delhi bearing no [protected] on 27.12.09, right now I am in SAHARANPUR, UP I am not getting any connectivity before 11 pm, I lodged complaint to reliance helpline they gave me a complaint no[protected] on 31.12.09, no action has taken so far, everyday I contact with helpline and the answer is same i.e. your case is under investigation on high priority, it is nothing but a complete chitting with the customer.
