[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Bill,hand set issue & prepaid balance disappearing

We have taken one mobile connection form Trivandrum. Since beginning we have requested for
bills Reliance communication at Pulimoudu junction not bothered to provide their bills
after repeat complaint. Even we have complained in Ministry of consumer but our effor went in vain.

Last week we have complained to [protected] lady told me they are going to send the bill
but as usual they have fooled the customer.

Please note that since the day one our number [protected] power backup has problem they didn't bother to check our porblem.

This number was taken for my aged mother & we are cursing for taking dubious Reliance cell.

We have taken the cell for one year validity Last saturday Reliance have reduced the avaible balance to 139 & yesterday they again further reduced to zero. It was surprising that prepaid
balance are reducing without making sufficent call & stopping incomming call.

Now only solution to throw Reliance phone & curse the company for their misleading information.

If you would like to check customer issue. pls look into it.

1. i want my last billl detail bcz last month there is one sms from Reliance " i[censored] pay ur bill before due date e.g : due date is 10/012009) and u have to pay before 30th of the last month and u will get Rs. 100/- dedaction on next month bill. Is it true ? If YES
please send my bill datail.

2. Last 1 year back i just shifted my house and i had given the rental agreement for ur address proff deatil in JAYANAGAR 4th block, bangalore WEB EXPRESS. From that day to till date i am not reciving ur bill, and i had given the mail ID to ur online service But they also entered it wrong. But when i am not paid the bill means ur cust. care guys will call me and ask me the Res. address and i had given may be 30 times. I am very sorry to tell u that now also i am not able to get ur bill.
