[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrong charges | |
RELIANCE PHONE: The providers have been deducting the money from my prepaid account without any valid reason. I have never made any lengthy calls or downloaded any data. My balance always shows in minus, A few days back , one phone came from some one from this company. He only told me to get my phone recharged, else I would get disconnected. He told me to talk to the reliance customer care representative.When I tried to connect there, some other message came. Cheats, fleecing the people.Please help Was this information helpful? | |

06.11.2014 through "Chat Option" for my number [protected], but the
charges were imposed in my next bill which was generated in Dec 14, I
approached the customer care on 15.12.2014 to my surprise I came to know that
the executive had not initiated the request for deactivation, I asked them to
waive the charges to which they denied, I tried to call up customer care they
said as matter is related to chat I need to contact executive through chat, and
on chat option I was been asked to call customer care, from last 3 months I am
facing the issue, All the bills are paid by me on the very next day of bill
generation, though I had not paid the disputed amount of Rs. 167/- (Rs. 149/-
for plan & Rs. 18/- for Service tax), they imposed late payment charges of
Rs. 100/-, I am copying the initial chat details which I had with customer care
executive on 06.11.2014
