View all VMG complaints VMG Posted:[protected] by Parashuram Send email Hi, I was using Reliance Wmax connection and facing continues connection so I tried to upgrage to Higher bandwidth. So i applied for the highe speed connection but the problem remain same. So I asked customer care people to Discontinue my connection. As per telephonic conversation(around 20th sept) they told to continue atlest till the billing date(23rd sept). I paid that month bill in Oct month but hte connection still not disconnected and they are still sending the bill. After 1 month when i got bill of next month asked again about the problem . Now they are telling you have to submit all pending bills to close the connection. Even they are telling that i have not applied for closing the connection. I have not saved any complain no. But i have all email which is clearly showing that they well known about the issue. Its bull customer support. Was this information helpful? | |
