Reliance Communications — regarding the sim

I am navneet singh residing at G-23/219, rohini,sector-7,delhi.....
my mobile no. is-[protected]...and my complaint no. is[protected]
I bought a sim few days before the sim got inactive after one day..
I went to the reliance world at sector-7,,the person their told me that it will be activated again within 2 or 3 days...
I went again after 3 days they told me that don't know anything and suggested to ask the customer care..when i asked customer care they told me to ask the reliance world again...
when i complaint to the executive manager of the customer care he told me that go and buy another sim...
so i just want this to your kind attention that i want my sim to be active or i want my money back...
