Reliance Communications — Not deactivating the Value added packages on my Mobile Number.

Respected Sir / Madam,


Issue: I have got my monthly rental plan changed to Simple 99 on 0ct, and i also informed them to deactivate any value added packages and caller tune if any.

But nothing was deactivated, then since November I have been calling up Reliance Customer care on the Number *222, to get the same deactivated.

But still nothing have been deactivated.

Below are the Interaction ID's and Complaint Number since Nov i have raised with Reliance Customer care.
