(In the case of the Bill for November 2009, the service was DISCONNECTED even Before the Bill statement date !) : Relationship No: [protected] Cell Phone No.: [protected] CIOU Code : MURI 10009 Tariff Plan Name : Simple 99 Credit Limit : Rs. 4,300/- Latest Case: Bill Period :[protected] to[protected] Bill Date : 22 / 01 / 2010 Bill received on : 30 / 01 / 2010 (8 days after Bill date) Bill PAID on : 31/ 01 / 2010 (9 days after Bill Date, 1 day after receipt of Bill, 8 days BEFORE DUE DATE ) Service Disconnected on : 31/ 01 /2010 8 days BEFORE DUE DATE Bill Amount : Rs. 1,221/- Credit Limit : Rs. 4,300/- I have NEVER crossed my Credit Limit I have NEVER made payment AFTER due Date YET for the last 4 Bill Periods, you have DISCONNECTED service to MY CELL Phone (both INCOMING as-well-as OUTGOING) well before the due date and within 2 days of my receiving the bill and ONCE even BEFORE the BILL DATE (NOT DUE DATE) ! This has caused be immense financial loss amount to Rs. 2,00,000/- , caused me to be un-contactable even from my family and business contacts (each time I have incurred a loss of over Rs. 50,000/- due to this) and, further this has caused severe harm to my financial stading and reputation as a person who cannot even pay his phone bills ! I reserve the right to claim further amounts on this account from you. You are hereby given 7 days notice via this email to show cause why you should not be prosecuted for (1) cheating me (by virtue of having charged be a fixed fee and yet disconnected my cell phone service within the period of the fixed service fee , (2) deliberate deficiency in service amount to loss to me of Rs. 2,00,000/- and further damages for loss of reputation and financial standing.
