Reliance Communications — bill for no connection | |
i applied for broadband connection to reliance communication in the month of september 2009 by a representative from reliance communication. even after two months i did not get it. the other day i person called and informed me to install the internet connection. i said no u cancel my application. he said ok. after some day another representative came, after his assurance to give the connection within a week, i applied again and got the connection. after getting the connection the bill comes for two connection. i don't know how they are sending two bills for having one connection. i am promptly paying the bill for which the connection i am using. but daily they are calling me and asking for payment. i told them many times that i am having one connection and paid the bills promptly. but they don't care. so i wish to disconnect my broadband connection Was this information helpful? | |
