[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — not been able to check my prepaid balance by *367# method

sir,
i have given 06 complaints to reliance prepaid department that i was not been able to check my prepaid balance for the last 45days...im having so much problem that i cnt check my balance...despite so my complaints my problem remains the same.
Please help me..the no. in which im not been able to check my balance is [protected].
When i dial *367# it shows ''Your subcriber ID is Not Valid''.
this problem im facing sir.
