[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not Refunding Deposit of Phone | |
Hello, I Was holding Reliance Landline Phone connection at Junagadh(Gujarat), And at the time of Connection as per scheme i deposited 1000 Rs(They given me Deposit Receipt and told me it would be refund at the time of you discconnect the phone), I used their service approximate 2 years, then i decided to Disconnect My Landline phone(in mid of 2008), so i cleared all bills and submited phone device back to Relaince Store, and they told me that everything is clear from you & you will get deposit refund check within 15 days, but it was not happen so i folled them , everytime they give me next 1 week, 10 days,1 month different different time lines, But nobody was aware with correct status of my Refund Process. so Now approximate after 2 Years, they are saying that in computer your deposit has been adjusted, Even they don't know against which head Relaince has Adjust the desposit amount, They are giving answer that they are checking with head office but not any reply..... Can you please guide me what shuold be do in this condition? As Amount is really not big, but the way they are behaving with customer is not something acceptable, May be there would be many peoples who will be suffering with this kind of issues with company, so i decided that better to take views from experts.
