Reliance Communications — Issue resolved for over 2 months | |
I have got the reliance netconnect broadband connection for over 2 months now. I have been trying to register my account online in order to check on the daily usage. However inspite of making n number of phone calls to the customer service, the same is still unresolved. Every time i call them I have to start the entire story all over from ground zero. If asked to transfer my call to a supervisor, all of them seem to too busy with their meetings all the time, they just dont have time to speak to a customer. Finally , i got to speak to a supervisor by the name "Sameer A" who promised to call me back within 12 hours with an update. Its been more than 36 hours & I am still waiting for the same. [protected] - This is the reference number for the issue that I am talking about. This has definitely been a terrible experience of customer service. I would really like to take up this issue to the next level . When it comes to sending the monthly bill, there is no delay at all from their end. & when you talk about resolving an issue, such is an experience. Was this information helpful? | |
