Reliance Communications — Refund of deposit pendince since more than 4 Months | |
I surrender my FWP[protected] in 3rd Week of Oct-2007. Till now I contacted reliance customer care as well reliance WebWorld where I have surrendered my FWP. Even I mailed them and got reply in Feb 1st week saying refuld of 3307 Rs Will reach to you in next 15 days. Same answer after one month too and that 15 Days also over. Also noticed that in one month my refund has come down to 3297 in their email communication compare to earlier 3307. I dont know what to do now, its more than 4 months and I haven't received my refund yet. Hope to see some help here Thanks Vipul Was this information helpful? | |

I am using Reliance prepaid card ( Cell No.[protected]) since last few days the Balance gets reduced automatically. I have also applied for "Do Not Disterb)
Before 2 Days I got message that Your subscription to INDIALEDU is due for renewal.You will be charged Rs. 30 on[protected], To Deactivate call[protected]toll free) ????????????????
What a surprise !!!
I have never applied for INDIALEDU. Even I don't know what it is. When I am traying on give No. its getting engaged
This is one kind of Black Mailing. When I have not received any services how you can activate the services Automatically. Please stop this kind of mal practices.

Reliance Communications — REFUND REQUEST
I had used a reliamnce FWP phone for 2 years and then after getting disgusted with the service i decided to get the service terminated. I had surrendered the handset i was using the service line#[protected] and was promised a refund in 45 days. this was back in Feb(26th) 2007. I had followed up with reliance customer care, visited the reliance stores and spoke to numerous people. The explanation i get to hear is they are unable to trace the handset i had returned to the company. How could a company penalise the customer if they are incapable of handling their inventory. will UN-Reliance wake up atleast now and return my monies back?
