Reliance Communications — cell connection cut without bill received,

Dear sir, 4-5months relience company give the late the bill dispetct to me . after that he have cut the connection my post paid cell phone. This company give the bill my charges then we will the payments to reliance. pls start the out going call.

I have taken new prepaide conection of relience mobile,
i select relience to relience talk free, i paid Rs.99/- for new conection of prepaid on 10/05/2008, but this talk time for only 3 days only i.e. up to 13/05/2208, for that i also paid Rs.399/- addition rechage reffil valid for one month up to 09/06/2008.
but from relience the message is recived tin 15/05/2008 hat ur talk time will expired on 18/05/2008, that why i go to web world vasai parnaka where i got this new connection they said from there window it is expiered on 09/06/2008. but on 18/05/2008 my connection is cut off by relience, therefore i gone to relince web world parnaka next day the complaint / request registered staff say ur problem solve with in 3 days but still not my problem solved up to date 22/05/2008. Now question is arried that my watage date talk time period can full fill y relience? or my loss is fullfill by relience?

my mobile is [protected], i have made a compliet on 2/6/08 for no tower (network) in our place, the heart of coimbatore city, gandhipuram, in lakshmi complex and the compliant no is 71276072 today the date is[protected] when i gave the compliant they said that it will sloved in 120 hrs but after that when ever i call to know the status of the compliant they are saying that the compliant has been forwaded to the concern department andthe investigation is going on they will call me soon but till now no action has been taken againt this compliant and the conern department is prlonging time . i do not know what crime has happend for this much of investigation is going on for such asmall problem that no network is accesible hence i would request the top most official to take this issue very seriously and ask the people working in the conern department to do the nessary action immediately
i have skils no hardwar&networking.
I have requested to convert my post paid land phone bearing No.[protected] into prepaid on 2nd May 2008 and the same was got converted on 9th May 2008. I have been informed that the security amount will be refunded to me within three months. I regret to inform you that the same was not got refunded to me till date in spite of repeated requests made by me in Kesavadasapuram outlet and Vazhuthacaud outlet. The response of staff of the abovesaid outlets is so worse and their act in this regard is highly irresponsible. Kindly do the needful to get the same refunded on today itself with resonable compensation.
WEAK SIGNAL
We have RIm Mobile. We are living at Bariatu Housing Colony
Ranchi. We do not get signal since last four months. Sometimes it show very WEAK SIGNAL.I use Rim mobile since last three yearBut it is the first time I find very WEAK SIGNAL . Please rectify it at your earliest.

I find from the mobile screen that there is a nill balance, over and above you have debited Rs.15.14 to my prepaid account, though there was no call from my side. please clarify the reason of such debit.
I apply New wymax Internet conection
I paid three month internet charg bill :2531 Rs
but not inatslled wimax conection

dear sir, my mob [protected] monthly commitment RS 999/- MY credit limit rs 1500/- my mob nos out going call stopped without preinformation.After calling customer care they told my credit limit reduced.this is 2nd chance when my services stop .customer care executive not responding properly.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

Reliance Communications — Non-Credit of Top up TALK TIME in spite of repeated requests.

Hi,

Ref: Service Request ID[protected]. My Prepaid Landline No.[protected]

On 18th August '09 at around 12:00 noon I had approached your franchisee 'Jay Ambe Communication', New C.G. Road, Ahmedabad - 382424. Phone no.[protected]. I was shown a chart to select the TALK TIME amount, I selected 111.00 x 4. The same evening when i checked the balance was not credited to my account, at the same moment this matter was taken up with your franchisee and your customer care department followed by several phone calls and personal visit to your franchisee and speaking to your customer care department including supervisor. Now i am told that the amount has been credited to your account under which you are able to use data connection. I have repeatedly informed that I do not need a data connection credit since I do not use the internet. I was assured by your customer care department that within 48 hrs the TALK TIME amount will be credited to your account but so far it has not been done. Your franchisee owner Mr. Nitin ta blindly says this is not possible and it is not our fault. I fail to understand when I have paid for TALK TIME, why are they compelling me to use internet. I therefore request you to do the needful in the matter at earliest possible.
