Sir, I am a reliance customer sience 8 years and promtly made the payment on date but sience 18-04-08 I am not able receive or make any calls from the cell no, and a massage I receive is "NOT CONNETED YET" i have contacted your local customer service and lodge the complaint but not able to get any clarity I am finding difficult in communicate. My cell Number 091-821-[protected], ( It is a company booked mobile colled Raman Boards limited) If the problem is not able to resolve, I am thinking to change over to any other mbile cervice please. martis .P.H.
