Reliance Communications — Activation of Caller Tune without request & No response Of Registered Complaints after 15 days also

i will give advice that don, t take Reliance connection. its the worst connection no one is there to listen to ur problem. service is worst.
By god. itne bekar service hai ki koi bata nahi sakta.

i had not given any request for the subscription of Caller tune. but one day i got a message on[protected] that"thank u for subscribing caller tune" when i called to costomer care ask for any assistance but not get.

Internet Not working

my net was not working from 9 may i called costomer care and try to get sol. but not get so resister complain

then how will this problem will resolved...
