SIR I HAVE REGISTERED FOR DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE ONE YEAR AGO BUT STILL I AM RECEIVING CALL AND SMS SERVICE FROM DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDERS I TRY TO CALL THE RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT IT DOES'NT WORK EITHER WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR LONG HOURS TO TALK TO AN EXECUTIVE OR THE CONNECTION GETS DISCONNECTED REALLY FACING VERY MUCH TROULE FOR THIS.

Reliance Communications LTD. — Default switching of plan from pre-paid to post paid and sending two bills in spite of disconnecting from service

I had purchased a Reliance Data card (Account no. [protected], RIM No. [protected]) for internet facility a year back. The plan I purchased was a pre-purchase plan, where 8999 Rs. were charged at the beginning for a 9 month internet facility. Despite the promised 125kbps, I never received more than 10kbps speed, the signal strength where I stayed was pathetic and kept waxing and waning with connection getting dropped. I called up customer care several times but there was no improvement, just assurances. After 8 months of torturously slow internet, I finally decided to move on to fixed broadband line and subscribed to Reliance Broadband. I stopped using the data card and as was explained by the executive at the Reliance Web Store that the 9 month duration would expire in a month. But I got one more bill after nine months and was asked to pay more than 999, i.e. approx 1100. I was surprised and called up customer care. To my surprise the executive on the call informed me that Reliance has on its own consent, transferred my plan to a default plan available with them. They did not even bother to make a single call in this regard to me, whereas they can do hundred advertising related calls in a month. I was completing disgusted and asked the executive to cancel the connection immediately. The executive assured me that the connection will henceforth be cancelled and I don’t need to need to worry about anything (and I confirmed this statement with her twice). After a month I received another bill for 1058, something, while my data card while lying in the dustbin. I was furious, but due to my marriage preparations did not get time to attend to this stupid issue. We hold 4 Reliance connections since 4-5 years and have never defaulted on any payment. It’s not about the 2158 that I am asked to cough up for no reason, but it is about consumers rights being violated, by changing their plans abruptly to anything Reliance wants and that too on a plan which was supposed to be valid only for 9 months. We plan to disconnect all of the connections we hold with Reliance. I get innumerable calls and the executives are really harassing. I urgently request your team to look into this matter as the harassment is getting on my nerves.

Reliance Telecom — do not disturb calls from reliance.

I have several times called to relience customer care services and lodged a complaint for Do Not Disturb calls from the relience company on my relience cdma no. viz [protected], but my all trys went in vain in fact once one of the executive in their mohali (punjab) cust. care office even abused me when I asked her about my complaint. They after the complaint, on the contrary, increased the number of calls from them.Even they registered my complaint after 2 or 3 request to them.Please help me out.

We, the Parason Machinery (India) Pvt. Ltd., Aurangabad (MS) are the Corporate customer of Relaince India mobile & holding about 60 postpaid connections. All our employees are recieving a lot o[censored]nwanted calls & SMS from Reliance communication itself for promoting their own products & services destpite of restraining them so many times.

Request to stop all these unwanted calls.

I m frustrate about RELIANCE india mobile wrong balance deduction against, some pack activation, i have no any pack acivated but chargeable amount has been deducted from my RIM no- [protected], already I have registered the complain to Reliance customer care.
