[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Caller Tunes Activation | |
Respected Sir, i had called customer care in reliance because i had a previous complaint with them which had not been resolved since over 45-50 days. The customer care executive talked very rudely, didn't tell me his name, and talked rudely to me and disconnected the call. After some time i find that caller tunes service has been activated on my cell number. Later when i called reliance, they refused to take my compliant regarding this, and said that i wont get the money. i think this is a matter of fraud and a matter of integrity. my number: [protected] caller tune activation date: 21st september 2008 Was this information helpful? | |

Hello,this is highly rediculous...i am getting voice promos while on driving and while on doing office work which causes a lot of inconvience and nuesene...and yesterday without my intention hello tunes have been activated i am getting a idiotic song, even though i am not getting subscribed for that and deducted the remaining balnce by kepping ___ minus amount..Is it the way does Rel Infocom do...If they not revert back this i will proceed legally.
