[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Cell Phone - [protected]

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail with extreme frustration with the kind of service I have been receiving from Reliance. I requested disconnection of my cell phone no. [protected] in the month of May 2008. Umesh (cell no.[protected]) from the retention team(siddhivinayak agency) visited my place and promised to get my number converted to prepaid free of cost. I agreed to keep the number active basis that. However upon enquiry with the reliance customer care I was told that the information given was absolutely wrong and was only a sales retention technique. I immediately handed over a written request for cancellation.

However the following month I again received a bill. I have requested cancellation more than 4 times. I have submitted all my applications at the Dombivli east center. Everyone in the center is aware about my issue.

I paid off all my charges in advance even before the amount was billed.However I again received a bill stating that my account is active and is past due. I again made a payment and requested for cancellation. Now every alternate day I have a collection boy coming to my place and harassing my parents for money. My parents always provides a photocopy of the last bill signed by the Dombivli Reliance center officer stating that i have paid all my dues but still the harassment continues. I have paid much more than what was required. Every time i visited Dombivli center i was assured that they have escalated the issue and thing will be fine. No one is ready to help me.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE...

I have been trying to contact Mr.Vineet J Sharma, Reliance Nodal Officer personally but was never able to get thru his number. His number was always busy...

Please Help!!!

Another frustated Reliance customer
Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail with extreme frustration with the kind of service I have been receiving from Reliance. I am having Lifetime prepaid Mobile. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Last two months I am not able to do out going calls even after recharging. My balance is shown / told in negative balance. I have not asked / adopted for any package. When I complaint, they simply say one of the package was in activation and next time it will not applied. The same thing is repeated again. On 15th July 2009 I recharged my mobile for Rs 50/-. On 16th July 2009 I received SMS showing balance in negative Rs -5.70 even after not doing a single out going call.
I request you to check the status my last two months outgoing calls. You are once again requested to rectify the mistake and balance amount to be refunded. In this regard your co operation is expected. If my problem is not sorted out, I will forced to go consumer court.

Please Help!!!

Today I went to your reliance web AT AMBALA CITY for pay my bill but your representative were not ready to give me my bill without my identity, if you have made some changes from this Month you should give SMS on my phone. You are giving the unnecessary & unwanted SMS daily.
I request you, not to send me unwanted SMS and I will not give the photo copy of my any identity, I am paying you my bill on[protected] instead of[protected] then why I give you any identity.
Today I come back without my call detail and they are saying we send to you by Mail.
If you can give my bill without any identity that is O.K.,
Otherwise you can close my account with pleasure.

i have lost my reliance phone No. [protected].i have visited your web world in Maglam Tower Golghar Gorakhpur (UP).Staff replied that blank sim in not available it is second time that blank sim is not available when i have take above connection from same web world five months back taht time blank sim was not availble whereas ground floor of your web world blank sim is availble at the double cost of original price.I have lodge the complaint with custmer care No.[protected] dated 10 Mar 10. I was posted at Rs.48/- scheme for lifetime. Once reliance offered a new scheme by charging Rs.94/- or so for all call rates @30 paise per minute which I have done. It seems that it became a tool to reliance to remove my connection from Rs.48/- life long scheme. This is too much on the part of reliance. The customer service also becoming an uphill task as we are unable to contact the concerned directly to pledge our grievances. I will request reliance to keep me on Rs.48/- scheme for life long which was costing me 50 paise per minute for all calls. Now whenever I am recharging with Rs.100/- I am getting very less taslk time which is very much regretted. Please help me to come out from this situation reliance.

I have been using reliance net pack of Rs.123 for 30 days validity. on the last day of validity i.e. 11/12/13 i find that Rs.106 has been deducted from my balance without making any call. i was surprised & i called the customer care. there they said me i have used internet, i said them i have the net pack & still balance was there in it, if my balance was over i was not informed of it with any message, which we keep on receiving time to time everyday. they said me their server was down & will not be able to check the details. Then i called the other day & i was told the same thing, I asked them to check the details & asked them why i didnot receive any message, & why the amount was deducted - i was replied that it sometimes happen that message is not received & i should check all the time for the balance net usage, which was a vague answer. & without solving my problem the representative kept the phone which was annoying. tell me if i keep on receiving the messages of the net balance remaining & used, how will i come to know that message has not been received due to any reason & all the time between my work will i keep on checking that what balance is left for net usage...its a stupid excuse & answer.

Secondly after that also i still recived the message that 3G Net:7.81 Mb. What is this???? If i have finished my net balance, how come balance still remains & they deducted My Rs.106 against my usage in internet.. Unable to understand Reliance.

Please check to my problem, for which i need genuine result in 2 days, or else you will compel me to switch to some other service provider.

By your these stupid deeds & reasons you are getting a bad name to the company & people who rely on Reliance will not rely on it. Meaning of reliance will change.
