Sir, I am a prepaid user of Reliance. my no. [protected] I hadn't subscribe for 53030 service, which is FMIndial pack what is this i dont know. i never use it. but from the last three month they always cut Rs.30.00 from my balane for the sake of this service. i talked to their customer care many time but i never got any satisfactory response from them. They gave me some number to unsubscribe this service but each time i got null response. I am totally fedup with this. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |

We have a spacious location at nucleus place in Paderu town near ITDA Complex and RTC Complex. At present we deal with internet, Zerox, STD and moblile marketing.
We would like to franchise for marketing the Reliance Mobile connections and easy recharge facility as we are having sufficient investment to udertake the business.
Therefore, we request to consider to appoint us as Authorised Dealer for marketing the Reliance Connections at Paderu town.

It is obserbed that there is a charge of Rs. 30+13=43 towards caller tune. I dont know how & who did this, I never request for this service, when I noticed I called up & complained to your customercare for the same.
I request you to kindly wave the charges against caller tune.
