We have recharged our account with Rs. 100. we requested for two channels namely HBO and Star cricket .We were told that the channels will be available for viewing in half an hour time. But it has not been activated even after 6 hours

pls you lisen my last 56 call in your sustem timing :02:23AM 09jul09 i have train to call but Reliance CSR re not available and i speak hallo hallo call duretion:02:42:49 and i call back after secend day my call diconect by reliance custmer care site and after 3 times call timing 03:02AM 11jul09 call duretion:00:16:47 and csr opning after 5 min and my req pls trancfer my to your Superviser but Superviser is not available in night shift and than csr ravi tranfter my call your Superviser ashwin and i present my compaain forashwin but Superviser aswin is using absusive words..
what is this...pls give me answer in write..
