[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not informed about the Black Out Day

I am a Reliance Consumer since past three and a half year. I am a Prepaid consumer. I Recharged my account with an Recharge Voucher of Rs 25 specially for sending messages to my friends. When i Checked my Balance i was stunned to see that i had almost lost Rs 60 inspite of the recharge voucher. I contacted Customer care with the Problem they said that it was the had forgotten to send me the message about the Black Out Issue. I also lodged a complaint with reliance Communication my Complaint number is 78930371. I request consumer forum to intervene in this matter and save the consumer from being cheated by this big telecom companies.
