[Resolved] Reliance Communications — CHARGED FOR UNWANTED SERVICES

I have a Reliance GSM sim-card, which i am using in kota ( Rajasthan ). Every time, Reliance charges money from my main balance for UNWANTED SERVICES for which i never requests, and whenever i call on 198 for registering My Complain there is a busy message. I have tried for many times but i am not getting any help. This time reliance charged for following 2 services : Service : VAS TechzoneSMS Amount Charged : Rs 10.00 Date : 18 / 08 / 2013 Service : VAS IndiatimesVPak Amount Charged : Rs 10.00 Date : 17 / 08 / 2013 Please help me to retrieve my Money back. my father using reliance [protected] ,last 4 month he receiveing news about rajini news package and charging Rs 30 per month ,my father no need this package but he does not know how to cancelled it,due to this he not using calls so please cancelled it if any confirmation call me ,murugan-[protected]
