Reliance Communications — Charging balance for free calls

I have a reliance prepaid card with number [protected]. I have activated 799 plan ,which says that I can call on any reliance number in india for free for 1 month(No call charges for reliance number after this plan.I activated this plan on 7th aug.
But from 29th august, they are charging for calling on reliance number. I have called on customer care 6 or 7 times, but problem is not resolved yet.
when i called to Customer care first they registered my complaint and gave me following Complaint number:- [protected] and said that my problem would be resolved in next two hour. After two hour i checked but problem was not resolved.
again i called to customer care and gave my complaint number,I was wonder to listen that there is no complaint against this number.
again i registered the complaint for the same, this time they said that this problem will be resolved in next 2 days.daily i have to call on a reliance number,on 29th night i called to that number from my friend's number which cost 120 rupees for me.
my concern is that after paying 799(which is not an less amount) why should i pay for my calls.i asked them to extend the validity for two days for this plan as they are taking two days time for the same, but they said a clear NO and cut the phone... even after talking to senior officer they refuse to extend this validity...

All problem is because of their system, then why should i pay for these two days...and what is the guarantee that this problem will be resolved in these two days. if problem is not resolved then again i have to pay for my call... and till solving this problem validity of the plan will be finished...

all i want is to resolve the problem ASAP and to extend the validity accordingly and to refund my money..

Reliance Prepaid — cutting of charges after activation of free calling plan

i had got a new reliance prepaid mobile connection in end of march 2010. then i recharges it with Rs.199 wherein local reliance to reliance calls would be done for free.
for few days (4-5days) there was free calling after which all of a sudden reliance to reliance call charges were getting deducted. i complained a lot of times to reliance customer care but of no use. they say that their system does not show any details of recharge.
even i had a problem, in the recent future.
the hello tunes was automatically activated for me (without consent or confirmation, which i hardly noticed).
and the amount for it was deducted.
When i called up customer care...they were behaving in an insulting way and told me that there is no way that they r retuning the money.
I stopped using the sim from then.

Reliance — Fake charging because of their system problem

I have a Reliance CDMA number and I have activated 599 plan. This plan allows me 30 minutes free to any network daily. I made a call at 12:05 am and these people charge me for that call , reducing my balance ( because of which I cannot make any call ; because as per this scheme I need to maintain a balance of rs1)

When I made a customer complaint then at 12:38 am , they say that now you are entitled for that 30 minutes and because of some system issue your system was not recharged with 30 minute scheme and when I asked for the refund ; firstly they refused and put me on non -ending hold.
I called bakc and this person gave me a conplaint number and when I requested to transfer my fone 2 senior person who can refund back , he said all have gone for dinner and again put me on un-ending hold.
I called back again , explained him the issue, he refused taht it could not be refunded back immediately and when I asked him to transfer to a senior person , he has put me on non-ending hold...

I am facing this issue within a time-lag of 15 days..

Wish someone can help me with their fake charges policy and un-effective and uncooperative customer care exceutives
